Places to locate your make and model number

• Your cell phones owners manual
• Sometimes located on the outside of cell phone.
• Turn off cell phone, then turn back on, usually it’s displays on your screen instantly.(may or may not show this feature) phone varies
• Behind your battery, take battery off; look in the back of cell phone battery compartment area, not on the battery; usually it’s one or two letters followed by a 3 or 4 digit number written small. Example (VX 3200)
